New Entrepreneurship Centre Breaks Ground at Akwa Ibom State University

  A new chapter for student innovation began at Akwa Ibom State University (AKSU) with the groundbreaking ceremony for a new Entrepreneurial Development Centre. The project, sponsored entirely by Amaecom Global Limited as a corporate social responsibility initiative, was officiated by the company's founder, Marcel Ofomata, and the university's Vice-Chancellor, Professor Nse Essien. This centre aims to empower students with the essential skills and resources to thrive as future business leaders. The new facility follows a pledge made by Ofomata on April 9th, 2025, during the "Leadership and Entrepreneurial Summit."
